Starting out at Adecco Employment Services, he utilized his education from Purdue University to excel as an IT Procurement Manager, Senior IT Buyer, and Strategic Sourcing Manager. He handled a global IT procurement program for over 700 branches, streamlined the IT supplier base, led contract negotiations, and transformed Adecco’s employment process.

At Gap Inc., as the Manager of Strategic Sourcing, he implemented innovative strategies to improve operations. Then at eBay, he improved procurement processes and boosted efficiency as the Manager of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Operational Excellence.

During his time at Business Objects, an SAP company, he held key roles such as Senior Manager of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, and Senior Director of Global Go-to-Market Process and Product Management. As Executive Director and Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO, Christopher set strategic priorities, managed daily operations, oversaw corporate development, and led high-level sales engagements.

At SAP, Christopher’s leadership shined as Vice-President and Head of Global Sales for Line of Business Solutions for Procurement, eventually becoming Global Vice-President and General Manager. He turned around declining revenues, drove significant revenue growth, and launched SAP’s first successful SaaS product, SAP Sourcing.

He also led the strategic acquisition of Ariba for $4.3 billion, guiding its post-merger success and driving substantial SaaS revenue growth. He introduced innovative business models, commercialized the SAP Digital Business unit, and built a strong global team, cementing his legacy as a transformative leader in the tech industry.

Christopher is a well-known figure in tech, boasting two decades of expertise as an SAP specialist. His extensive experience has been a cornerstone of his success in the industry.
