CHRISTOPHER SALIS AND HIS DEFINITION OF GROWTH

Christopher Salis has earned his education from Purdue University and began his career with Adecco Employment Services where he managed the IT Procurement Program. He looked after the process of selection and management of the complete IT supplier base. He also handled the strategic partners and vendors.

After delivering the excellent result to Adecco for more than 2 years, Christopher joined GAP Inc. and managed the Strategic Sourcing over there. He has also worked with eBay as the manager of Operational Excellence, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing. He has also earned experience of more than a decade with SAP companies.

Apart from delivering exceptional results for several companies like these, Salis has also opened the growth opportunities for many people and start-ups. Over the course of his career, he has led many teams and motivated them to work for mutual efforts.

He is of the opinion that employees are the most valuable asset for every firm. With thoughts and beliefs like this, he has been able to motivate a lot of people. As such he believes in mutual efforts, growth for him is more than just personal achievements.

He never misses out any opportunity to help others grow and this way he has paved the way for many start-ups. He has used different concepts like (GTD) Getting Things Done method and lean start-up philosophy. He works with an aim to help others use their potential.

He considers every situation in life as a chance to learn something new. He has used this concept in his personal life as well. Outside the office, he is a father of two young sons and enjoys spending time with them. He is well aware of the challenges parenthood has and that’s why he guides other people regarding the same based on his experience.

While building his extensive experience of 2 decades, Christopher Salis turned out to be a great leader, an optimistic person, a visionary professional, and a great motivator. Throughout his career, he has never failed to uplift the performances of every company he has worked with.
